During the summer I often find myself awake before the sun more days out of the week than not in order to get that golden morning light. I usually prefer to shoot in the afternoon light but in Florida lakes get rough most afternoons when people with normal jobs get out. While lake sunrises are beautiful there is nothing quite like the sun rising up over the horizon and it's warm orange glow illuminating the endless water of the ocean. Living in Orlando the beach is only an hour away so I decided to venture during a cold(55 degrees) Florida morning with my girlfriend to check it out. There is an awesome old pier in Coco Beach that is often photographed so we headed there to catch the sunrise.
